We’ve completed a comprehensive refurbishment project at the Savers store in Maesteg, delivered on behalf of PMP.
The works included roof repairs and replacement, drainage improvements, external façade repairs, and full external redecoration. Internally, we carried out plaster repairs and redecoration following historic water ingress, alongside window repairs and full access scaffolding.
All works were managed in line with CDM requirements, improving weather protection, safety, and the overall condition and appearance of the building.
