Mobius General Building has been appointed by the Castle School Education Trust (CSET) to deliver a multi-discipline refurbishment project at Downend School.
The scope of work involves essential asset improvements across the campus, including:
Full refurbishment of student toilet facilities with new cubicle systems and sanitaryware
Replacement windows to the Science Centre to improve energy efficiency and environment
Installation of new floor coverings throughout designated areas
Associated mechanical and electrical (M&E) alterations
As with all our education sector projects, the focus is on delivering high-quality, durable finishes while managing the complexities of a school site. This project for CSET highlights our ability to coordinate multiple trades—from structural glazing to M&E—to ensure programme certainty and minimal disruption to the learning environment.
