The Mobius Projects division deliver projects from £50K to £5m.

These works include full refurbishments, full fit outs, design and interiors and larger scale building works such as extensions, re-roofing, alterations and building reinstatement, internal refreshes, alterations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance (both internal and external) across all of our sectors. All our projects are typically located within the South West of England.

Our team of Estimators will fully cost the works to give you full cost certainty and will engage with our trusted and long-standing supply chain to obtain accurate pricing of specific packages within each project, once again, ensuring a high level of cost certainty.

We always have an appointed Contracts Manger and Site Supervisor/Manager on each project to give that stability and leadership required to deliver excellence. We have extensive experience of working with contract types which include all types of JCT contracts and NEC4. Our Commercial team of Quantity Surveyors will take a lead role in controlling and monitoring costs throughout a project. This ensures you’re kept up to date at every stage, right through to final handover and PC.
