Projects that are specific to this division range from £80K to £400K. These works include full refurbishments, full fit outs, general building works, alterations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance (both reactive and planned) across all our sectors.

Our team of Estimators will fully cost the works to give you full cost certainty and will engage with our trusted and long-standing supply chain to obtain accurate pricing of specific packages within each project, once again, ensuring a high level of cost certainty.

We always have an appointed contracts manger to each project to give that stability and leadership required to deliver excellence.
