We’ve completed a bathroom refurbishment project at Whipcott Farm for CareTech UK, delivering two modern, practical shower rooms within a supported living and care environment.
The existing space was carefully reconfigured to create facilities that are durable, easy to maintain, and suitable for everyday use. The works included demolition, construction of a new stud wall, upgraded plumbing and electrical installations, improved ventilation, waterproof wall panels, vinyl flooring, and fresh finishes throughout.
Just as important as the build was how the project was delivered. Working within a live care setting required sensitivity, clear communication, and respect for both staff and residents at all times.
