Matt’s experience is as grounded as it is broad. He started his career in the domestic sector—involved in everything from deep excavations to the top of the eaves—before moving into commercial plumbing and eventually site management.
He has spent the last several years managing works in complex, live environments including Oxford University, BMW, and the RAF. Whether he’s delivering an £800k refurbishment for a children’s home or managing specialist heritage repairs at the Bodleian Library, Matt focuses on maintaining programme control and site safety without exception.
Outside of work, Matt is an avid music fan—currently in the middle of an opera phase—and enjoys rambling through the countryside with his son.
His technical depth and experience with listed buildings and occupied sites make him a fantastic addition to the Mobius delivery team.
