Mobius is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team.
As a multi-sector contractor operating across Bristol, the South West, and the UK, we act as Principal Contractor, Main Contractor, and Design & Build partner on schemes ranging from planned maintenance to multi-million-pound refurbishments. Our delivery spans commercial fit-out, education, social housing fire remediation, listed buildings, and industrial facilities.
Commercial intelligence, risk control, and operational ownership sit at the centre of how we deliver. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing procurement, subcontract packages, contract administration (including JCT forms), cost reporting, and commercial risk across diverse project environments.
