We have 3 work streams:
Projects: Values up to 5 million, these works include full refurbishments, full fit outs, design and interiors and larger scale building works such as extensions, re-roofing, alterations and building reinstatement, internal refreshes, alterations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance (both internal and external) across all of our sectors
General Building: With Values from 5k to £500,000 Our typical client base includes end users, property managers/owners, independent traders/operators, building consultants, small, medium and large hospitality chains and charities
Facilities Management and MEP: We specialise in Proactive Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance (RM) for commercial and domestic clients across the South west .
This includes taking care of all your scheduled ongoing maintenance (and those unscheduled repairs too) to ensure your premises are kept in tip-top condition and compliance regulations are met without hassle.
