Superdrug Project
Here’s what we delivered:
Roof Repairs: Addressed front valley and rear-pitched roof issues, removed moss buildup, and ensured a durable finish.
Timber Sash Window Repairs: Instead of replacing 8 windows with UPVC, we preserved the building’s character by undertaking extensive repairs, respecting its potential listed status.
Internal Plasterboard Repairs & Decoration: Restored and refreshed the interior to a high standard.
Rear Yard Transformation What started as a small task turned into a major overhaul! We cleared two truckloads of waste, cut back overgrown vegetation, unblocked drains, power-washed the area, and repaired the entrance gates.
Flexibility and Problem-Solving were key to this project’s success:
– When the roof material turned out to be different than expected, we adapted and worked with the client to find the best solution.
– The rear yard task grew significantly in scope, but we rose to the challenge and delivered beyond expectations.
