Mobius has completed the first phase of Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works for Bath & North East Somerset Council.
This project focused on passive fire protection works to communal areas, forming part of a wider programme of safety upgrades across BANES residential properties.
Scope of works included:
• Passive fire protection works to communal areas
• Fire stopping
• Door adjustments and fire door upgrades
• Application of intumescent coatings
Delivered in a live residential environment, this scheme marks the first of a series of projects, reinforcing Mobius’ experience in safety-critical works where resident wellbeing and careful coordination are essential.
