This is a key strategic role — shaping our tendering process, driving pricing excellence, and supporting projects across our commercial, industrial, education, public sector, hospitality, social housing, and residential portfolios.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Enthusiastic and commercially sharp
Experienced in estimating projects £200K–£5M
Confident leading a team in a time-critical environment
Ready to influence business growth and tender strategy
