Due to increased tender volumes, Mobius is on the lookout for an experienced Estimator to support our pre-construction team.
We’re seeing a consistent uplift in enquiries and are looking to strengthen our estimating capacity with someone who can take ownership of tenders typically ranging from £100k to £1m.
Typical project types include:
– Commercial refurbishment and fit-out
– Building repairs and remedial works
– Planned and reactive maintenance
– Education, commercial, industrial, social housing, residential and hospitality projects
The role would involve reviewing tender opportunities, understanding project scope, preparing accurate cost plans and producing well-structured tender submissions aligned with programme, compliance and delivery requirements.
Location / coverage:
Projects generally sit within a two-hour travel radius of Bristol, covering the South West and wider UK opportunities as required.
This is a regular workflow opportunity, providing additional senior estimating capacity and support alongside our in-house pre-construction function.
