Scope of works included:
– Building repairs, maintenance and subfloor preparation
– New LVT flooring and full internal decoration
– Envirograf Class 0 paint where required
– New power and retail-focused lighting installations
– Bespoke walnut joinery, including shelving, display units, hanging rails and cash desk
– Coordination around listed building consents and external signage approvals
By identifying design, consent, cost and programme conflicts early, we developed practical solutions that retained the premium retail environment FOM required — while respecting the building’s historic fabric.
