It has been an actioned packed couple of weeks
In the main I have been focusing on our structure, getting roles and job descriptions finalised, and I am also happy to announce the launch of The Mobius Group website
The idea is to bring everything under one umbrella, and create a successful company culture that positively impacts our customers.
The other major step forward this week is the launch of our operational support team.
This development has come as a result the need for us to be proactive in our responses to support requests.
I have also been working tirelessly on The Mobius Way
Well, the customer making a successful journey from making an enquiry to job completion, returning for business, or recommending us to others is the ideal outcome.
The Mobius way involves us creating and refining the steps that make this possible, and I am looking forward to sharing this with you our customers
