Upgraded cavity barriers in the roof
Fire protection around service shafts
New fire & heat alarm systems

These works are all about enhancing resident safety, preventing fire spread, and upgrading systems to meet modern building standards — while working closely with Elim Housing and tenants to minimise disruption.
