Due to increased tendering activity, Mobius is looking to add an experienced freelance estimator to support our pre-construction team.
We’re seeing a consistent uplift in enquiries and need dependable estimating capacity to help us tender projects typically ranging from £100k to £1m.
Typical project types include:
– Commercial refurbishment & fit-out
– Building repairs and remedial works
– Planned / reactive maintenance scopes across our core sectors – Education, – Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing, Residential & Hospitality
Location / coverage:
Projects generally sit within a 2-hour travel radius of Bristol (South West and wider UK opportunities as required)
This is a regular workflow opportunity, providing additional capacity and cover alongside our in-house estimating function — ideal for a freelancer who values clear scope, realistic programmes, that takes compliance and delivery seriously.
