Flourish was born from a partnership between Paul Hargreaves of Cotswold Fayre and Paul Castle, both driven by the desire to create a space that not only serves delicious food but also serves a higher purpose. Their goal was to establish a positive-impact, planet-friendly food hall that would nourish both people and the planet.

Nestled in the scenic surroundings of Saltford, the Flourish project began with the ambitious task of repurposing old dairy buildings. Our team at Mobius was tasked with reviving these structures, ensuring they not only stand the test of time but also stand as a beacon of community and sustainability.

Scope of Work:
