Commercial fit out companies Bristol and Bath – Tendering, not just a stab in the dark

From my earliest days as an electrician, through to building Mobius, tendering has been a vital part of winning contracts.
I have called this post not just a stab in the dark, because if you don’t do your due diligence, then you could be on the receiving end of some nasty surprises.
By following a few key steps, we have refined the process of submitting successful tenders and have won more contracts which have helped us to grow our business.

  1. Researching the client: Before submitting a tender, it is essential to research the client to understand their needs, priorities, and expectations. Review their website, annual reports, and social media profiles to gain insights into their business and industry.
  2. Understanding the requirements: Once we have a good understanding of the client, we carefully review the tender requirements and make sure we understand what’s expected. This includes the scope of work, timeline, budget, and any specific requirements or restrictions.
  3. Developing a strategy: Based on our research and understanding of the requirements, we develop a clear strategy for how to approach the tender. This may involve identifying key technical points, highlighting our experience and expertise, and demonstrating how we can deliver value to you
  4. Submit on time: Finally, we always make sure that we submit our tender response on time and in the correct format. We also make sure that we have included all of the required information and attachments

We have a proven track record of submitting successful tenders, and we’re here to help you every step of the way, if you want to find out more, then get in touch
