We managed a 16-week fire safety improvements programme with Elim Housing, enhancing safety across 29 apartments through front door replacements, internal fire-stopping measures, and common area upgrades.
Communication was key, conducting a productive consultation meeting with Elim Housing and Hookway Partnership.
We outlined our process, timeline, and communication strategy while addressing resident questions and concerns.
