We’ve completed a residential refurbishment project at Woodhill Views, Nailsea, delivered for PMP and the residents within the block.
The works involved full access scaffolding and extensive roof upgrades across three separate roof areas. Existing lead coverings were carefully uplifted and replaced, alongside the removal and replacement of all timber flat roof decking with new marine-grade plywood, matched to the existing specification.
Additional works included the relaying of coping stones to roof bays and the full clearance of vegetation, silt, and debris to prepare all working areas safely and effectively.
A well-planned programme that enhances long-term durability and weather protection for the building.
