Mobius is currently on site at Clevedon Secondary School, delivering specialist enabling works as part of a wider programme of structural remediation to the Tower Block.
This phase of works focuses on preparing the building for temporary structural propping and future steel installation, all carried out within a live school environment.
The scope includes:
• Controlled strip-out of multiple ceiling types
• Temporary ceiling support installations
• Preparation of concrete beams for steelwork
• Minor electrical and plumbing adjustments
• Dust protection and safe area clearance
Due to restricted access and unknown service layouts, works are being undertaken on a provisional basis, allowing further coordination once ceiling areas are opened. This early-stage intervention is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient installation of structural propping.
