Nick has demonstrated outstanding Ownership and Integrity, taking full control of the local authority FRA compliance project works and even swapping a day’s holiday to ensure he could attend a key client meeting — a true example of going above and beyond.
He has also stepped up to take full ownership of running the General Build department as part of his new role, bringing leadership, commitment, and clarity when it mattered most.
