Delivered within a live residential environment and with commercial operator below, the scope included cladding removal and replacement, investigation and repair of water ingress, roofing remedials, structural crack repairs, concrete repairs, façade maintenance, window and glazing inspections, lightning protection reviews, and fire door surveys, supported by the access solutions required to complete the works safely.
This was a coordination-led programme, working closely with specialist subcontractors, structural engineers, roofing contractors and validation consultants to maintain programme control, manage risk, and minimise disruption to residents.
